Key design milestones throughout the life of a project are a good time to check costs. These include early cost plan reports where there is little information and the design is continually evolving through to more detailed cost plans and pre tender estimates based on construction documentation.

CONSTRUCTION COST CONTROL
BQS can provide a Construction Cost Control service to manage your project throughout the Construction phase including;
- Tender evaluation, review and analysis to assist the client in its selection of a preferred Builder
- Regular Cost Reports detailing budget status, contingency status and construction progress
- Builder Progress Claim Assessment reports to ensure what your Builder is claiming, and therefore what you are paying, is fair and reasonable
- Variation Assessment to assist in any variation claims made by the Builder
- Contract advice and administration
- Cashflow reporting including analysis and tracking
FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
If you are planning a project but unsure if it is feasible BQS can provide advice on the viability of the project and a high level order of costs.
We would work closely with you to ascertain what the driving factors are including;

For Main Contractors and Subcontractors BQS can provide Contract Administration services to manage the cost and administration side of your project including Cost Reports, Progress Claim & Variation Submissions, Trade Letting, Invoice Submission, Contract and Purchase Order raising.
QUANTITIES MEASURE
For Clients, Builders and Subcontractors BQS can prepare Bills of Quantities, trade specific measurements and detailed quantity reports to assist in tenders and tender submissions
TAX DEPRECIATION
Preparation of tax depreciation schedules for properties within the Domestic and Commercial sectors.
